Hotel apartment was clean. Location was perfect. Our check in experience was poor, we arrived around 9pm, no complimentary water in room so we asked and were told buy your own from the shops so we did, the kettle in the room was used for boiling milk by previous guests so it was moldy, we asked for replacement so we could make a coffee and we were told no staff available to bring another kettle and the advice was ‘go out and get coffee” ( we did not want to as were were tired ) The gentleman on the desk in the brown suit was the only staff that greeted us, we would be the ones to greet staff first every time so staff attentiveness and friendliness needs a massive improvement. We stayed 4 nights and breakfast was the same and very boring ( this needs improvement) From a Accor brand I expected better which is why I booked. No complimentary tea/coffee or water supplies in rooms or in reception area which are basic necessities for a hotel. Room was not cleaned during our stay, towels had to be requested to be changed after 3 days and were not done and another request had to be made. Breakfast staff are attentive and try their best. There is no safe deposit box in the rooms so we had to carry our passports everywhere with us.

My taking a chance on this hotel has paid off as there were no reviews available when I made the booking. With an extremely competitive rate I got a modern self contained apartment all by myself. Great breakfast included. The place is clean and spacious as in the pictures shown it’s like being at home. The location is on the edge of Tangier’s hotel center but still a walking distance from the Tangier Ville station where you can take a bus to and from the airport. Also easy location to go for short excursions outside Tangier. Plenty of eateries around. There’s a functional gym. Walking distance from the local beach or just an evening stroll along the promenade. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for space and comfort.
